One of the my best discoveries in 2019 was the writing of John Stackhouse. John regularly blogs on a wide range of topics. He is a deep thinker and worthy of a follow.
Recently John posted a blog titled, "How to win the skills game: 10 ideas for the 2020's." His post is not only insightful, it is filled with disruptive ideas that apply as much to industry as they do to education. Although I don't agree that education will see a Netflix revolution, I can certainly see how connection, metacognition and computational thinking will play a huge impact on teaching, learning and education.
