Be Curious: Are We Addicted To Our Screens?

Last weekend, the Globe and Mail published this awesome article titled, "Are We Addicted To Our Screens?"  Frankly, the answer seems obvious... the title is nearly rhetorical.

The article reminded me of a book I recently picked up 24/6 and it has inspired me to go back to it. In the article and the book, the authors point our attention in the direction of our digital dependence and encourage us to take heed of the effects our distraction might have on us, our families and society.

I often wonder what a world without immediate digital connection might be like.  I'm actually quite tempted to try it out one day a week... anybody with me?
