Be Kind: We Can Do Better

Recently, I have been thinking about the phrase, 

"We could have done better."

It's so simple, yet, so often missed when we are thinking about school, education and our kids.  

Simply put, wouldn't society be a better place if we all agree to 'do our best' and when that isn't enough or things don't go as planned, we agree... 'we could have done better.'

I the days and weeks that follow, I hope we find strength in using these words to come to a common ground on all variety of issues and concerns.
