Shortly after becoming Head of Rundle, a friend of mine gave me the book, "It's your turn." I remember receiving it and thinking, 'Wow, it is my turn... I had better not mess this up... Seth... I hope you can provide me with the roadmap to success in the face of all the uncertainty I am facing." I'm not certain there is anything resembling a roadmap in the book, but there is no shortage of inspiration, empowerment and insight.
Not only is it a beautiful book, but it contains some pretty critical central themes that relate not only to our own lives but to Rundle College Society's mission of helping students realize their own potentials.

Approaching the limits
Not the limit of our skills.
Not the limit of our knowledge.
Not the limit of our physical capacity…
It’s almost always the limits of our internal narrative. Our guts. Our willingness to be kind, to believe, to care enough to leap.
We can’t do anything about the limitations of physics, and we can never do enough to change the limitations of our culture. But we can begin today on changing the internal limits we place on ourselves.
Yes, it’s your turn.
