If you let it, this post might do two things:
1) Put you to sleep
2) Change your life
In the past few months, I have been turned towards research on the importance of sleep for our brain, health, productivity and learning. It seems as though there is a renaissance in the understanding of the impacts and benefits of sleep for everybody.
In essence:
* Make 7-8 hours of sleep a priority
- it may be the most important thing you do every day
If you don't believe me... listen to Matt Walker's interview on Peter Attia's 'Drive Podcast.' I can virtually guarantee the few hours of listening will encourage you to look further and read his book, "Why We Sleep," and encourage you to find a way to rest longer.
