Recently, I had the true privilege to listen to author and speaker Neil Pasricha.  There was so much about Mr. Pasricha's speech that I admired.  He is an amazing storyteller, he is intensely vulnerable and he is incredibly well researched.  I would strongly recommend having a look at any of his books (for the light read check out "The Book of Awesome" and for something more substantial have a look at "The happiness equation."

He left us with three things we can do that will improve our happiness (backed by strong research), here they are:

1) Walk in nature (without your phone) for 20 minutes.
2) Journal for 20 minutes.
3) Read fiction for 20 minutes.

According to the research and Mr. Parischa, any one of these three, practiced daily, will increase your happiness.

Dare you to give it a try!
