I remember being a new teacher and dreading the 'parent-teacher interview' day! Thoughts of fear raced through my head as I worried about every possible scenario that I may be faced with.
However, within a very short amount of time at Rundle, I came to realize a simple truth:
"Parents and teachers have the same objective - to care for kids, to help them learn, and to coach them towards fine character."
Once I reframed the experience, I've always loved these days and nights. I'd be surprised if most of our teachers and parents didn't agree with me.
