Together: What’s more important than success?

The other day, the Atlantic (and one of my favourite authors - Adam Grant) published the spectacular article, "Stop Trying to Raise Successful Kids."  

The article is worthy of a read, re-read and then another read.  It is compelling to think about the difference between the way we raise boys and girls and the change in our outlook towards kindness and empathy as we move towards the year 2020.

In addition, the Grants delve into how we make and keep friends - through status or likeability and where the downfall or lift up may be in each.
