Every now and again a friend, colleague or parent recommends something that changes the game. This happened when one of our Rundle parents suggested I tune into the podcast, “The Knowledge Project” with Shane Parrish.
If you are curious about anything from Jim Collins to Daniel Kahneman to Atul Gawande... certainly some of the biggest thinkers of this generation, it is worth downloading an episode or two.
Recently, I was listening to Episode 67 with Jim Collins, and I was struck by the discourse around (1) what should kids learn in high school (2) why successful people avoid talking about failure... but should and (3) how a ‘flywheel’ is an amazing metaphor for organizational success.
I hope you enjoy this podcast as much as I do.
