The first step was when our Assistant Headmaster, Mr. Sylven, met with a parent in June of 2019.
In essence, the parent stated:
"If you really believe in your 'vulnerability,' 'failing forward,' 'grit,' 'anti-fragility,' and 'celebrating non-catastrophic failures'
....
why is everything you produce and share so polished?"
Needless to say, I think they had a point.
This daily blog is a direct response to that valid comment!
Each day, we hope to share successes, reflections, learnings, failures and insights from all points of view. We aim to have students, staff, parent and community voices shared here.
It's our hope that through these daily updates we will bring the understanding, community and true empathy for all parts of the 'Rundle Experience.'
