At the end of August, Malcolm Gladwell wrapped up his most recent season of his podcast, “Revisionist History.”
As he closes out his season he tells a compelling tale of medical researchers who changes the face of our understanding of disease. However, the most amazing part of the story is that their revolutionary ideas had been rejected by peers and mentors time and time again.
This leaves me wondering - what creates this internal assurance and capacity to be anti-fragile?
Give it a listen... let me know your thoughts!
I loved this episode!
